College Counseling

Support your students in finding the “right fit”

Our professional team works under the auspices of the school and provides comprehensive and personalized guidance and support to students and families navigating the college admissions process. Ghera’s philosophy centers on understanding each student’s unique strengths, interests, and goals and identifying colleges that are the “right fit” for academic success and personal growth. Our student-centered counselors have extensive knowledge of a wide range of educational systems around the world and have supported applications to English-medium colleges and universities in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Korea, and Australia.

Ghera’s counselors also help schools implement systems to enhance, support, and celebrate the college admissions program with reference writing workshops, end-of-year reports to school leadership, alumni survey data collection, consultation to accreditation self-study teams, and informational sessions aligned with academic transitions (e.g.: middle school to high school, MYP to DP).

  • Our college counselors work under the auspices of your school. They are not private consultants working for families. As such, we work with students and families AND we team with your teachers, registrar, secretaries and administrators and use software controlled by your school administration to help students research and plan their post-secondary experiences.

In a nutshell, we provide your school and stakeholders with an experienced college counselor who is essentially part of your faculty but who does not come with the cost of employing an experienced overseas hire.

  • Interested schools subscribe to our college counseling services. Subscription prices are determined based on a two-tier pricing structure:

Base Fee: A fixed fee for the school to subscribe to our general services.

Price Per Student: An additional fee charged for each student who receives our services.

Additional services can be purchased upon request.

We are currently accepting subscriptions for the 2024-2025 school year.
